this caravan park in Rhoose, Wales might be worth a look? pets are welcome and its right on the coast. there is also a swimming pool onsite

Many places take dogs, we went to a very nice cottage on Angelsey just before the lock down
Personally I dont think you can fault North Wales, loads to see and do great beaches, most places are dog Friendly, plenty of accommodation choice, depends what you want to see and do.
Some good ideas here from a Dog friendly family
( websites does at the moment? should be back later tonight)

Now I shouldn't really post this as they are so good I want to save them for my self!, but these cottages are a short drive from Llangollen and about 1 hour to the beach 40 mins to Snowdonia
45 mins to Bala, 80mins to Barmouth.

There is a facebook group called "Holidays Direct - Including Dog Friendly"
It has lots of places and you book direct with the owners.
Good luck.

Check the beaches before you go- the popular ones normally ban dogs in the summer.

Northumberland. Dogs allowed on beaches all year. Fabulous beaches. We took our lab to a cottage in Beadnell which was literally across the little road from the sea. Also a mews house in Seahouses which has a bit more going on.

Otherwise I think Scotland is the most dog friendly place.
