Hi
I am looking to book a static caravan for a week next summer. I have a 7 year dd and want a nice caravan park that isnt too commercialised and has the main facilities like small shop and play park.
I just wondered if any had any good recommodations of a nice caravan site where I can hire a caravan.I live in North Yorkshire but dont mind travelling to anywhere in the UK!

thanks

There's a lovely one in South Wales. Llanrhidian Holiday Park. Good caravans, small shop, evening entertainment (not tacky and awful like some), a good sized play area, a pool, as well as huge amounts of space to run around. Randomly, there's also a chip shop there - which is amazing (all locally caught fish). BEach is about a 5-10 minute drive away. Can't seem to find any pictures on line for you - but I grew up in the area - and it's lovely.

We love Shorefield in the New Forset.

My family used to have a mobile home there when we were children. We went this year.

It has an indoor and outdoor pool. A kids disco in evening. A few play ground/ swing set things. Restaurant. Its in nice grounds. Clean and tidy. Near lots of nice beaches and villages.
