Isle of Wight lodges/holiday parks

We stayed at a lovely park (west Bay) 2 years ago near Yarmouth. It has pools but you pay for other things as based around a country club. Would like to go back with our daughter and son in law and 4 year old twins this summer and would be nice to stay middle or far side of Island. We don’t mind a caravan if it’s really large but prefer lodges. Have looked at some online that sound nice but then on TripAdvisor not good reviews. Need indoor and outdoor pools and Internet, otherwise not fussed. Anyone been to Whitecliff, just for example? Slightly put off by size as lots of touring caravans as well as lodges and Park caravans so wonder if gets too crowded; one review said cigarette butts all over the floor! It does the Sun holidays I think but Sun holidays may be mostly good places anyway quite often. Definately don’t want a Park that is getting in need of renovation. . There are several parks on IOW but hard to sort the wheat from the chaff!
Otherwise open to suggestions anywhere along South Coast say Sussex, Hampshire,Dorset.
Many thanks

We stayed at Lower Hyde Holiday Park in Shanklin a couple of times and it was good. It is a short walk into town.

Also stayed at Nodes Point near St Helens, which was good as well.
