Due to meet up with friends in early April they have kids aged 1 & 4 whereas our boys are 10 & 13. We’re staying near Heathrow but won’t have a car - any suggestions of family friendly activities around Windsor or in London which suits the wide age range?

Black Park has Go Ape, a good adventure playground, lots of walking trails, bike hire and a nice cafe with hot and cold meals. There is a tarmac path around the lake with seating at regular intervals and the café is accessible for pushchairs. The majority of main paths throughout the park are hard stony paths with occasional loose stones. The park is mainly flat with no stiles and few gates and cattle grids.
The Go Ape has a range of different courses for different abilities. The ‘Nets Adventure’ had a minimum age of 1, so you could all go up! And 1 adult goes free per under 6 child.
