DH and I are coming up to our tenth anniversary and are going to London to celebrate. We have 2 or possibly 3 nights depending on how generous my parents are feeling with childcare, and so far want to visit the Natural History Museum, the Tower of London and a couple of specialist shops near Leicester Square.
We don't know London at all, can anyone help?
From the map, if we find a hotel near South Kensington Station that would be near the NHM and accessible for trips to the other places via the underground? Can anyone recommend anywhere? We'd like somewhere around the £150 per night mark, to leave enough in the budget for everything else, though there's a bit of wiggle room.
