I'm going to London with my 8yo is March wondering about the bus tour last time we went she got board on the bus tour as it got stuck in so much traffic (mid week and when tower bridge was shut) this time we're going at a weekend should the traffic be better?

We went on a Saturday and had the same experience. It took so long that we ended up getting off at an earlier stop as 7yr old was bored. If you do it again and have Tesco Clubcard points it’s cheaper to book using them!

I wouldn’t do it again. It took too long stuck in those engine fumes. You are quicker walking it! You can download an app that tells you how to get from A to B

I would recommend just getting a standard Thames clipper boat. Much cheaper and you get to see the sights along the river, tower of London, tower bridge, houses of parliament etc London is busy at the weekend. 10am Sunday might be okay for bus.
