Guests in self catering property

I have put a deposit down on a property for 5 days for my 60th birthday next year. Myself, DS and DH will be there all the time, but the idea is that one group of friends and family come for the first two nights and a second group for the next three. The property sleeps 9, but there will be 12 people over the 5 days ( with no more than 8 on any night). The agency is asking me to list the names and addresses of all guests - is this likely to cause a problem do you think? There’s nothing in the terms and conditions to say it can’t be done. Should I be honest and list everyone, or just send 8 names?

You shouldn't have a problem with this. List all of the additional guests and make it clear which nights they will be staying in the property.

Thanks - have done so and it is fine!

It's probably just to cover themselves/the owner insurance wise.

@LaBelleSauvage123 we’ve done this a few times & asked for change of bedding & towels if provided on the day new guests are coming in. Never been an issue anywhere we’ve stayed.

Hadn’t thought of doing that - just assumed we’d have to wash them ourselves in the house washing machine!
