place to stay near o2 arena

Hi I am taking my Husband to see Prince at o2 arena and do not know London.

We stayed a long way from it before and it was a complete nightmare getting on the tube.

Any advice for walking to a place or what is that boat thing you can catch?

I cant walk too far as I am disabled

Hi 1Legmummy There is a hotel nearby, think it is a Holiday Inn, probably 5-10 mins walk away if that helps.

Just checked for you, the hotel I am thinking of is Express by Holiday Inn, Greenwhich, London, Says room prices from £79.00 (hope thats not too much) but literally a 10 minute stroll from the O2 Arena. Hope that helps you 1LegMummy!!

Hi thanks for that, apparently there is also a travel inn the express is £150.00 a night!!

Not too sure about that. I work only 5 mins from the 02 at Canary Wharf and drive passed the Express at Holiday Inn every night and I think its the closest you will really get, although its expensive.

The Ibis in Greenwich town centre is cheaper than the Express, perfectly OK, and you could get a cab there cheaply
