After posting for advice a while ago we decided to book CP and are going next week!

First timer here, I've just booked 2 activities for my nearly 6 YO and booked dinner for 2 nights.

I've got so many questions, can anyone help?

Do they have a hairdresser?

Re the app being discontinued, we went in June to CP and found the website works fine on a mobile phone and gives access to everything that was on the app, as far as I can remember. You could certainly book activities and check itinerary which are the key things!

Get early check in
Get either lodge near centre or bikes, bikes can be more expensive!
Don’t eat at the restaurants, take your own food and cook.
Book activities way in advance, one mid morning, one mid afternoon with decent breaks between (unless you like rushing about or have more than 1 adult for each child).
If you have early entry park near the gate for it.
Go to the pool on the day you arrive and the day you leave!

We've just returned from a fab stay. The lodges are a little tired but they have everything you need.

Yes to loo roll - the stuff they provide isn't that great.

There is a cafetière in the lodge. There are also coffee machines that take the Tassimo pods.

It's a relatively big site so I think bikes are necessary. We thought about taking scooters but it's really more suitable for cycling.

The food is so-so. The Pancake House was appalling - we went to the Magic Show (which was good, the children loved it) but the food was shocking.

Hucks is good - the children have a buffet (hot dogs, chicken nuggets etc) and there is a good play area. Likewise the Sports Cafe has an indoor and outdoor play area.

I'd refrain from booking too many activities - the pool, "beach" and the parks are great entertainment.
