Holiday in UK w/teenagers - Finlake?

Has anybody been to Finlake in Devon with teenagers? Have 14yr old DS who wants to bring a friend away with us for a few nights.

Would like a lodge type place with a hot tub and near to beaches for days out.

Is Finlake aimed at much younger children? They would probably want to go out on bikes, use the hot tub and maybe play bingo or have a nice dinner out in the evening!!

Any other suggestions for pretty lazy teens just wanting to hang out away from home?!

I have been twice with my husband and toddler. I think there were more activities to do for older children at an additional cost. We had to drive everywhere but the hot tub was amazing! We was in that everytime toddler was asleep.
