Does anyone have any codes etc. or point me in the right direction for National Trust/English Heritage/Days out info and discounts ? I need to keep my children entertained over the Summer holidays in the UK but need to keep the costs down as much as I can. Any advice ?

Wherever you go, take a packed lunch. And kids are just as happy having a picnic and messing around in the local park as they are being taken to a £££ attraction.

Country Life butter is doing 2 for 1 entry at a number of English Heritage sites across the country...worth buying even if you don't like butterSmile

There is the above..... however I would just focus on cheaper/free activities. Check out your local library for ideas. Also your local leisure centre.

Do you have any clubcard points or a bank cashback account. I often get cheap or free tickets through that. We've also perfected the car boot picnic (now a big family fav) so we bring food, pop the boot of the car open and eat/drink sitting inside with legs swinging out. I also ask other parents about free days out or places to go. Lots of farms are free to go to.
