self-catering Devon, Dorset, Cornwall - start of Sept - any recommendations?

Must be a proper house, not a caravan, mobile home etc. Ideally detached. 2 beds minimum. Child-friendly a bonus, but not essential. Going with dh and ds (15 months).

I know we've left it late. We want to go away to escape builders, plumbers etc.

Would 2nd Bosinver if you could get in, it's fantastic - we went for the 4th time this May and I am looking at booking again for next May.

Thanks everyone. Love the look of the Bosinver ones, and have put myself on the cancellation list.
