Best friend and I would like to take our 15yo daughters away for a few days break at the end of August before their GCSE year starts in Sept. Leaving hubby's at home.
Nce girly break, with places to visit, things to do, nice setting, comfy and reasonably priced hotel or B&B .. not fussed. Not too far North as driving but we're based 40 miles from London.

I’ve taken my teenage GD away on a few mini breaks.
We’ve stayed at Lea Marston hotel which offers teenage spa treatments. The hotel is just outside of Birmingham. We went to Cadbury World, Cliff Lakes and Drayton Manor www.clifflakes.com/aqua-park

Carden Park is another hotel that we’ve stayed at that offers teen spa treatments www.cardenpark.co.uk

What sort of things do you/they like?

Brighton
Liverpool
Maybe even London

If you were further north I would say York would be perfect. However if not York then Bath. Lots to see and there is the roof top spa place if not too expensive.

I would try the centre parcs in the south. Not too far, there's a spa you could all go together. Swimming pool and slides, bikes and restaurants

What's your budget?

Rye in East Sussex is lovely. Handy for Camber Sands and Dungeness, really pretty town to ramble around.

It depends what they like. Brighton ok for shopping fans, plus the Pavilion is fun.

Bath is great, definitely the spa and rooftop pool. Day trip to Stonehenge, and maybe a day visit to Glastonbury too for a hike up the Tor and wander round the quirky shops.

Norwich is lovely, nice cafes, the Tomblands area very Instagram-able. Day trip to the coast too?
