Best place to holiday for only child

We are having a week off and I'm looking for places where it will be easy for 7 yo ds to mix with other kids. I'm not ready to take friends or holiday with friends yet so looking for a cluster of cottages maybe with a play area where he can make friends as I'm sure he would like that rather than being with just us all week

Thanks

Have you thought about a static caravan holiday somewhere? They usually have big play areas and lots of kids.

Center Paris or Butlins is good for kids.

We’ve had several extremely successful holidays at mousses in lefkada in Greece. A cluster of houses around a pool with kids club and restaurant and bar. Really friendly with all kids running huge games of hide and seek around the grounds! Recommended!

Successful holidays with making friends have had animal feeding. It's quite sociable, as get to chat to other parents and children as feeding animals in morning. Then play in evening when get back from days out. We've done Cwmiar Farm Holidays and Torridge House Cottages.

Also my daughter enjoyed doing the activities on a Park Dean Holiday with the other children - we did White Cross Bay in the Lake District.

Heard good things about Barmouth Bay Holiday Park.
