Legoland annual pass question

Has anyone bought these on the day?

Is it complicated and do you need to take photos and/or ID with you?

(The LL website is not very helpful and I don't have much confidence in their contact form!!!)

You don’t need ID with you, or pictures. We brought ours about 2 months ago - paid our money to the normal ticket booth and they take photos for the pass on their hand held little camera attached to the computer!
