Two days ago I received a 'Facebook messenger' message from my mum. I knew it wasn't from her- her account has been hacked.We have discussed it, cancelled any bankcards she may have used on her phone, and today I have spent hours to finally delete her Facebook and FB Messenger account (hampered by forgotten passwords etc.) Then a few minutes ago I received another 'Facebook messenger' from the cloned account. I'm desperate - how can I stop this? The FB Messenger icon has disappeared from her phone, now controlled by whoever is running the account and sending out messages from 'my mum'. So I can't use the FB instructions to go in on the phone and 'hit delete'. Any suggestions?
