Family of five London accommodation

Hi,
It is almost impossible to find s hotel room for five people, and two rooms is extortionate!
Any ideas for reasonably central accommodate for a four day trip for a family of five? Happy to look at hotels/self catering.
Almost don't know where to start with Airbnb. The choice is vast!

Thank you

We have had the same problem - in the end it was cheaper to get 2 rooms at a premier inn than do anything else. Think we had 2 adjoining rooms for about £40 / night each last summer which didn't seem too terrible for London.

Would you consider a youth hostel?

What is your budget?

We really enjoyed the Hilton London Metropole on Edgeware road. Imediately opposite the Edgeware road tube station so great for transport links and with a m and s food oppostie and a couple of smallish suppermarkets (I think Sainsburys was one) within a short walk its easy to grab a lunch meal deal and chill out for a bit.

We signed up to what ever the Hilton rewards scheme is, it was free. This made the rate less and ment WiFi was free.

The room was just over £200/ night but for 5 that's £40/ person with breakfast in a nice hotel in fairly central but very accessible London.

The room layout was two king doubles and a sofa bed. Tea and coffee facilities in the room plus they provided plenty of drinks glasses etc for all of us. We didn't feel cramped.
