liverpool st to chingford line train stops off in hackney
there are no tubes but plenty of buses

check out One Trains or Silverlink too or the crappy Transport for london website for times, ways to get there..

where and what is it exactly?

fishie · 17/07/2007 20:47

its at the empire / town hall square scc, some sort of art thingy. hackney central rail v close but obscure line, bethnal green or whitechapel tube + bus is easiest.

thanks

yep it is at the empire....

it goes on all week but i am going for the last night

Hackney central is the nearest to the empire, bethnal green is a bit of a trot to Mare Street. Not one you want to be making if you don't know the area.

Look on the TFL website, there's bound to be a nightbus from Hackney to Trafalgar Square, and you can get pretty much anywhere from there. Buses go 24/7 in London.

snowwonder unless you are going on your own do go by bus / tube / whatever. parking is a nightmare round there anyway. lots of lovely night buses. where are you coming from?

snowwonder · 17/07/2007 21:54

there are 4 of us coming from Milton Keynes....

with the tickets is a voucher to park at tesco after 6.00?????

to be honest i want to avoid driving as i never really drink but quite fancy 1 or 2 this weekend,

but if it comes to it i will drive - no one else has offered to

yes tesco is the only parking. hmm your party might have to drive, depends when trains to mk stop. don't volunteer yet!
