hello - www.wizziwizz.co.uk is very good, although they don't have ratings/reviews I don't think but they do have web addresses listed too so you can check out the places in more detail.
Netmums have local listings and reviews I think.

Hi, I used great little adventures yesterday for the first time with a group of friends - the restaurant was fantastic and lived up to their write-up. They have certainly be visited by Mums.

Hey, I found that one too (greatlittleadventures.co.uk)it looks good- I think it must be new, as haven't seen it before. Seems to have some good places on it and looks like they know what its like visting with kids!
