Ideas for birthday getaway with baby

I’ve got a milestone birthday approaching in July and would like a short break. My son will be 5 months old, so my main wish list would be:
Good pool for baby
Somewhere where I could get a msssage
Not too long a drive from Portsmouth

I wouldn’t mind somewhere around Weymouth, Poole, new forest, Devon maybe even Cornwall. I’ve previously stayed in a Center Parcs and wouldn’t rule it out but was looking for something different. Any ideas?? TIA
