So I'm due September 26 and I have a week chalet holiday in Great Yarmouth booked for October 26th. We booked this before I knew I was pregnant as the whole family go every year. I want to know if anyone has ever done it before so early on and if anyone has any tips or advice about it. Thank you in advance x

I'd think you were bonkers. Baby could be 2 weeks late.

I take it this is your first baby? Honestly, I wouldn't be up to it at all.

How far do you have to travel to get to Great Yarmouth? You might be feeling fine but baby may be only two weeks old and you may simply not feel like being away from home. Even with a very-accommodating 4 week old it will be challenging. Hopefully, if you go ahead, you will get a lot of support and help from your family.

First time We flew with DS he was 6 weeks. You may have a problem if your DC is late as many first babies are, as you won't have recouped any energy from the birth and you'll have a little human take over your everything, but it is doable.
