did anyone else think the accommodation and site was awful? Not tomention the restaurants on site. Ive stayed in better hostels then there!

I always remember it as a dive.

I've never stayed there, because quite a few people I know who have, have all have accomodation that was unclean, stained bed linen, dirty kitchen etc.

We went there years ago and it was lovely although maybe I was a bit young. My only real memories of Pontins is Captain Croc and that flippin' awful song he had as his theme tune

probably why they were giving away loads of free holidays last week
