SCARBOROUGH! Can anyone recommend a good b&b or small hotel?

looking for somewhere for a couple of nights in august for mum's birthday; ds age 3 also going. would love a recommendation!

pretty please! have looked on various review websites, but they just tend to list the bigger hotels. have not stayed in scarborough since the 1970's, when i was a slip of a girl! had many a happy holiday at the Park Manor hotel near peasolm park!

If you've got a car there's The Grainary at Harwood Dale bit outside Scarborough. I've never stayed there but we take DS (18m) to the teashop there. They have some farm animals, a play area with ride on tractors etc and you can walk down to a little lake etc. The tea shop is nice so I presume the B&B bit is too. Don't know how much it costs.
