I’ve brought a new static at Southview, a Willerby Expression 2018 model, to which we told the site to rent it out for the whole season, and I was told that at the end of the season their would be enough return to pay for 2019 ground rates and about £3000 put into your bank account, to my horror they sent me a invoice for £3100 rental money for 2018, and then a rates bill for 2019 for £4000, I had nothing like what they said, also in August 2018 they sent me another bill to pay for the water rates which was £500, I’ve asked them to buy the caravan back but they wouldn’t.
This company has ripped me off and I’m sure other people are going through the same problem.
I do not recommend this company park dean at Southview as they rip you off and are just laughing at you.
