Where to go with dog and 2 year old

Can anyone please recommend a place to stay in the UK that will take dogs and also has facilities for a 2 year old?
We are in the Midlands so happy to travel max 3.5 hours either way - obviously the shorter the journey the better.
We like cottages/lodges/houses that are quite modern on the interior. Nice pubs that would take the dog too.

I want to go away with the UK more but always struggle where to go. We live in the countryside now surrounded by nice fields and walks.

We have heard Brancaster in Norfolk is nice if anyone has any first hand experience of that. As we do live in the countryside going to the beach is quite nice and unique for us.

Thanks in advance x

Orchard Farm is just south of Filey Bay in Yorkshire, within walking distance of Hunmanby (which has a pub and shop). Hunmanby Gap beach allows dogs all year round. It's primarily a caravan site but it also has quite a few cottages, all of which have a travel cot and high chair. The site has an indoor pool, play area and even a miniature railway. There's also a separate dog exercising area. Lots of good days out on the doorstep!
