We will be 2 adults plus 4 children (6, 8, 8, and 10)

WE went a few years ago with 11 and 13 year ols.
I was queit( unlike jorvik )but that was good as there is lots of hands on stuff so they got to do everything.
They could exavacate objects from sand.
Discuss old finds with experts including touching! and they also were asked to draw things in detail.
The staff had loads of time for the kids and plentyu to look at as well.
I would go!
