It's DDs (7) birthday next weekend and we are going to take her to the Natural History museum, and a whistle stop tour of some famous buildings. We are in the East Midlands and are thinkiong rather than get the train from us and having more limited time, we will drive to maybe zone 5 and stay in a hotel there Friday and Saturday night so she can have as much time in London as possible on the Saturday. I think this will still work out cheaper overall
The Ramada North London has cheap rooms- it seems to be near quite a few stations (Edgware, Mill Hill, Stanmore), do you think this would be a good option? I would imagine we could uber/taxi to the station from the hotel? Premier Inn Edgware also has rooms?
Are there any other hotels that would be good coming down from the north/M1 direction?
