Last minute half term UK break - kids plus disabled Dad

Looking for a last minute trip - max 3 hours drive from north London.

2 nights away.
Possibly a hotel with spa.
A city or location with something to do for 4 DC under 9 plus grandparents, one of whom is disabled.
somewhere with indoor stuff in case it’s wet and cold.

It’s proving very difficult to find something that’s not extortionate which meets all our requirements. Also must have a bathroom suitably adapted for disabled guests ie. hand rails etc. So a lot of B&bs are out.

Not center Parcs as we can’t go for more than 2 nights.

Any ideas? Thank you

the place we stay in in Cornwall has a wheelchair friendly cottage. Its the near bit of Cornwall in the SE a few minutes in from Devon so not right down the bottom and we like Looe as there is plenty going on in the area. No idea what space they have for half term but worth looking at and they have a childrens playbarn on site as well as farm animals. www.wringworthy.co.uk also have a look on some of the facebook groups there is one specifically for disabled friendly holidays. My mum uses it a lot to find places to stay.

Butlins? They have specially adapted ground floor apartments for wheelchair access & accessible living areas.
Great range of activities too

Try Moor Hall Hotel, just outside Birmingham. I know they have accessible rooms and they're still advertising family half term breaks, so there must be some family rooms left. As well as the family rooms, they also have interconnecting rooms. The staff are incredibly flexible so if you can't see what you want on their website, phone them to see if they can accommodate your needs. They have some inclusive packages with nearby attractions such as Drayton Manor Theme Park, Twycross Zoo and the Snowdome. It's just half an hour into the centre of Birmingham where there's an aquarium, Legoland Discovery, excellent ThinkTank science museum etc...

Thanks that looks ideal!
