5 day break in Devon for sale!

We have booked and paid for a 5 day break in Devon which we can sadly no longer go on due to personal circumstances. It is one of the beautiful 4 bed self catering apartments at The Dartmouth Spa Hotel (www.thedartmouthhotel.co.uk). The hotel has a full spa with pool and gym and a great restaurant. It's is close to Salcombe, Dartmouth, Paignton and Torquay.

The apartment is available from Monday 29th October for 5 nights. The cost is £760 (we are open to sensible offers). Do let me know if you're interested.

Are there any family friendly attractions and restaurants in the area or not? How big is the property? Can it fit a wheelchair or not? How many rooms are there? Do you have any pictures of the property or not? Is it self catering or inclusive?
What sort of activities are available for families? How old are the kids now? What will you do about the childcare issue? How far is the nearest town? What is the transport like?
Is there a beach nearby or not? Is there a pool onsite or not? Who do I contact with my questions about the property? Is it expensive or cheap? Is there a website or not where I can see details of the property?
