Looe and environs - recommendations and wet/cloudy weather activities?

We are going to Cornwall for the first time tomorrow for a week with a nearly 6 yo. Any recommendations on where to go? Particularly if weather is not good?

Looe is a lovely little town, can go on beach or do crabbing off the quay or places to drive to maybe:
National marine aquarium Plymouth
Blue reef aquarium Newquay
Monkey sanctuary Looe
Crealy adventure park Wadebridge
The Eden project St Austell.
Pack your water proofs weather is quite wet and cold here in Cornwall at moment.

Fowey Aquarium

When it's not raining:
Carnglaze Caverns
