UK holiday ideas (South) with 6mo

Hi im wanting to plan a holiday in the South, maybe Devon way, any suggestions of locations and accommodation, we will have a 6mo. Somewhere we can travel to visit other places too. Thanks

can recommend www.wringworthy.co.uk They have cottages just outside of Looe with farm animals, playbarn and swimming pool. Not far inside Cornwall so near to Plymouth/devon as well. they do all the stuff for babies free like cots, high chairs etc. We prefer this bit of Cornwall as its just off of the A38 dual carriageway and not the slog down to the bottom. se cornwall is also a lot quieter and not so busy.
