has anyone used a cotside at a Haven park? if so can you tell me what it does - ie does it just go onto the side of the bed like a bed guard? thinking of getting one for my 9mnth old as the travel cot wont fit in the bedrooms

Have no idea about a cot side, but we go to Haven 2 or 3 times a year(all different parks)and have always used our travel cot. It's a huge Graco cot and it's fits, with plenty of room.hth.

oh thats useful to know, the brochure said that cots wouldnt fit in the bedrooms so have ordered a cot side - will take the travel cot aswell then - do you put yours in the bedroom - do you remove one of the single beds?

Well...we always have a 2 bed caravan and the travel cots definately fit in the main bedroom.Up until now we've only ever used the main bedroom as we've only had Ds1 and he's been in the cot, next to our bed.
We are going to Haven at Great Yarmouth in 2 weeks time and now have Ds2 aswell who will be just 8 weeks old. He'll sleep in the travel cot in our room and Ds1 will hopefully sleep in the other room in one of the single beds and we're going to take with his bed guard from his own bed, which should be fun.
