Holiday parks _ Tenby and that area

Would you recommend them for a family holiday?
2 adults and children 9 and 12.
We would be travelling by ferry from Ireland.
Budget just won't stretch to a sun holiday but promised the children we would go away this year.
I'd like beaches to walk on (if weather is warm enough for swimming that would be a plus), some activities for the children and some day trips.
I haven't stayed in a holiday park before and have a few concerns about noise/comfort.
Any advice or recommendations welcome.

Thanks

If you're after somewhere quiet but still with enough for the DC to do, then have a look at Florence Springs Lakeside lodges. www.hoseasons.co.uk/lodges/florence-springs-lakeside-lodges-flor
There's no evening entertainment and you'll get discounted passes for the neighbouring activity centre which has a tree top ropes course, maze, crazy golf, archery, go karts, paintball etc... www.heatherton.co.uk/activity-zones/
