Farm stay near beach?

Hoping to squeeze in a term time long weekend before DS2 starts school in September. I've been looking at self catering farm stays, ideally near a beach, but there seems to be so much choice! Dorset/Somerset/Devon would be ideal. DC are 5/4/2 so still pretty small. Has anyone stayed anywhere great they can recommend?

Just over the border in SE Cornwall near Looe is Wringworthy cottages. www.wringworthy.co.uk My kids really enjoyed this when they were little. They have a heated swimming pool, huge childrens play barn and farm animals that they feed twice a day. The nearest beach is less than 10mins drive away and they are only 20 mins from Plymouth. We love it in this part of Cornwall - very child friendly and loads to do but not over run with visitors. Also they do all the cots and highchairs and stuff free of charge.

For this weekend? Because the private schools break up next week so it's no longer term time.

Weekends will most likely be booked up this year by now but if you can do a mid-week you may find they still have some availability at Fair Oak Farm in East Sussex (1 hr from London and about a 20 min drive to the coast)... we had a recent stay with a large group which was our second visit - the first being a few years ago - boy has it changed - it was amazing back then but it's now the ultimate farm stay and quite reasonable too, particularly if you can get a group together. Can't recommend it highly enough! You've also got Bewl Water nearby if the 20 min drove to the coast is too far.
