Ice cream things to do Wirral evenings

Here for the weekend with relatives and looking for somewhere to take two 12 years olds tomorrow evening to avoid football on telly!!

Ice cream parlour, cafe, desserts restaurant, that sort of place. Happy to go in Chester direction but don't fancy crossing to Liverpool.

I'm near Chester. The races are on this weekend so personally I wouldn't bother with anything in the city with under 18s.

Don’t know if it makes a difference to you but it is Chester races tomorrow so what with that and football on town will be v v busy...

perfect weekend to come to wirral the tall ships are in. On new brighton front they have an amazing ice cream shop and this weekend they have all street food and street performers.

They are racing on the Mersey one of the best places to view is new brighton.

Excellent, had no idea the tall ships were in. Will be avoiding Chester if the races are on. New Brighton sounds perfect.
