Where to stay in Wales- self catering and baby friendly

Hi all,
We're hoping to holiday in Wales this year. We'll be traveling from Ireland by ferry, so Pembroke or Holyhead ports.

Any recommendations on where to stay/visit? I'll be visiting with dh, our 3.5yr old and 6 month old.
Ideal facilities (within driving distance)
Playground
Swimming/leisure pool
Beach
Nice walking area
We would like to be within walking distance of a village/town.

Any suggestions?
Thanks!

Gwynfryn is a working farm with plenty of animals to feed and pet! There are 12 Cottages, an indoor swimming pool, games room (with soft play area), trampoline and adventure play area. There were lots of ride on tractors in the courtyard too. Children are invited to help on the farm and my DC loved collecting eggs each morning and watching the cows being milked if we got up early enough! Babysitting is available on request and cost, high chairs etc... can be supplied.
The farm is only 1.5 miles from Pwllheli, the main town on the Lleyn Peninsula. This has a blue flag beach and a marina. It's about an hour from Holyhead.

Popit sands in cardigan ! We stayed at the haven holiday in static caravan. Lovely onsite pool and restaurant/bar and beach within 5 mins walk. Lots of attractions within driving distance :)
