Don't mind where, perhaps Wales ?
We'd like to go somewhere with a bit of luxury, hotel, cottage - really don't mind. DH has just told me that we have no budget as it'll be our main holiday (but not extortionate prices !)
Criteria is :

  • Lovely countryside, maybe NT properties nearby
  • Maybe near the seaside
  • Things to do/ places to visit for a 3 yo - both at the hotel/ cottage and surrounding areas
  • Swimming pool
I just think there must be some fabulous places in the UK that are just waiting to be discovered Any suggestions gratefully received

Or ....
I'd love to go to Southern Ireland again. I went before I had my dd and would love to go back.
We did the Southern loop but missed out on the West Coast which I wish we'd experienced.
So, any suggestions for Southern/ Western Ireland would be good too Thanks

We stayed at a really nice self catering place in Kinsale a couple of years ago (not really western but is southern)

will look for it & link

I am always recommending the Isle of Wight for child / toddler friendly hols - so many things to do with children in a very small area - short journeys and lots of good days out!

Island Holiday Homes have lots of nice cottages
