Edinburgh Elderley Mother +Wheelchairl

Hi im taking my Mum to Edinburgh in a couple of weeks time, she will be in a chair and has some continence issues (basically cant hold it for v long) so im after suggestions of places to go and see that are wheelchair and toilet friendly and for somewhere good to go for Sunday Lunch especially!
We are going for Afternoon Tea on her birthday at the Balmoral ) we dont want posh every day!)
Any tips are greatfully received!

The botanic gardens are v nice and wchair accessible

Food wise you have lots of familiar chains on Lothian road

Scottish parliament worth a visit, W chair accessible

Royal Yacht Britannia There is free wheelchair hire. The pathways are wheelchair accessible

The Scotch Whisky Experience There is some metered car parking on Johnson Terrace. Alternatively taxi. there is a really nice bar, shop and restaurant providing full wheelchair access. Lifts are wheelchair accessible and there are wheelchair accessible/disabled toilets. AND
Part of every tour includes the Barrel Car which takes you through the Replica Distillery. This car has been designed for wheelchair users.

IMO good, pleasant surroundings, attentive staff and regular food that not too different/funny/weird. if you get me..
