Luxury Spa Hotel with Children in SE

We're looking to have a nice night away with our DDs 5 and 3 in July just after they've broken up from school / preschool for our anniversary. I'd love any recommendations for somewhere with a nice spa, good room service and somewhere child-friendlish - mine are v well behaved, so I feel like it would be ok to take them to a naice hotel now. This would not have been the case a year or two ago!

I've been thinking about Lime Wood or Chewton Glen but these are a little bit of a drive (and the traffic is always shocking in summer) for one night and that's all we can do with the holiday DH has left. We've been to these hotels before and to Babington, and that's the sort of thing I'm looking for. We're close to Brighton and have been to Ockenden Manor a few times, which is nice but it's not the same as Lime Wood / Babington. Does anyone have a recommendation for a similar hotel in Surrey / Sussex / Kent?

They have great family rooms, polo cottage if you want a couple of rooms too. I can’t recommend it highly enough for a real spoil!

Thanks totty Polo Cottage isn't available for when we want to go but we're now looking at 2 nights in a family room to make the most of it and the spa uses organic products, which is a huge pull for me. I'm so excited! And the girls are super keen to have afternoon tea there, looks amazing. Thanks for the recommendation!
