Peak District, visit Stanage Edge, Kinder Scout,Treak Cliff Cavern. All walking type stuff but good.

Lakes, Ambleside is nice to wander around, do you like hillwalking? If so Helvelyn! There’s a go ape in Grizedale. A boat trip.
