Sorry this is a bit vague but we are travelling from Yorkshire down to a friends party in Bournemouth at the start of the summer hols. The party is the day after the kids break up for summer hols so we'll go straight down on the Saturday morning. Not sure if our friends have plans on the Sunday (it's a surprise party for the wife so I can't find out anything as she obviosuly isn't expecting us to visit) so don't know whether to book another night in Bournemouth or start making our way back. We want to be back home by the Tuesday night.
We cant decide/don't know what to do!
I had thought about perhaps a night in Oxford on the Sunday (I've never been) and then somewhere else on the Monday night.
Maybe staying at either Alton Towers or Chessington on the Monday night, so having all day Monday and Tuesday at the theme parks.
DSs are 12 & 10 so need to do something that will amuse them. DSs love camping so if there was a campsite will activities nearby that would be fine?
I'm sure there hundreds of places to stay/things to do, I thought someone might know of the perfect place somewhere between Bournemouth and Yorkshire!
