Pubs/restaurants for large groups in Oxford

Can anyone recommend a pub or fairly casual restaurant for a large group of people in Oxford city centre please? It's not my usual haunt so I don't even know where to start.

Speak to the tourist information office and ask their advice. also ask the people that you are staying with for some suggestions.

no worries badkitten! I often think that the people who work in tourist info offices are underused as they do have loads of little bits of local knowledge. they are always my first port of call when I travel.
