Small holiday park with indoor pool in dorset or east devon coast?

Possibly asking for the impossible! Looking for a weeks break in the first full week in August. Have found a lovely holiday let in an old private estate in Rousdon, nr Lyme Regis. It is perfect - except was thinking it would be even better if there was a small indoor pool to use.

Was wondering if anyone could think of one maybe that they had been to? Not thinking of the butlins type holiday park, more a small private one with say 10-20 holiday lets on site.

Ladram bay - lovely pool and has its own beach.

Tuckenhay Mill - not far from Dartmouth and Totnes. It's south Devon though close to Dartmouth
