Need to get away for a few days and want to go with the kids and dog during feb half term. Can't afford centre parks and don't want to spend a fortune. Not bothered where in the UK as long as it isn't home!

Haven are nice and accept dogs. We went to one in Scotland Craig Tara.

I’d have a look at Hoseasons - I got a lovely lodge with a hot tub in Derbyshire last Feb half term for about £250. We had a great time, lots of their lodges are dog friendly too

Barker Stakes Farm in Yorkshire has dog friendly lodges. Some of the two bedroom lodges cost £300 for Monday to Friday in half term week. It has a games room and good playground and is conveniently located for some great days out. Animals to pet and there are bound to be other children staying to play with. www.barkerstakesfarm.com/self-catering/
