How easy is it to get to CP Sherwood Forest from the North?

Hi

Thanks for the helpful answers to my previous query on CP.

I wonder if any of you know how easy it is to find Sherwood Forest CP from the North? Now my DH is only coming for one day I am having to drive there on Monday and am slightly nervous as I haven't driven there before.

I thought about printing instructions off AA routeplanner and getting mum to read out, are these idiot proof??

Depends where you are in the North but CP isn't too far off the A1.
