Weekend break with 2 month old - 90 mins from London?

I was looking for suggestions for a nice hotel 90 mins to 2 hours from South West London - doesn't need to be a spa hotel (that would be nice but not essential), some nice walks and some food options - thanks in advance. Budget is about £200 a night for the room.

Whitstable is beautiful with lots of great Airbnbs and lovely restaurants/walks
