Rental close to Bristol with a large living room

Can anyone recommend anywhere? We need somewhere that can rented for a weekend, sleeps 6, and has a large living room and kitchen (it's for a family party- 6 will be sleeping there and 9 or 10 extra will be visiting during the day. It also need to be within a 30 minute drive from Bristol.

You need to make sure that whoever you rent the property from is going to be happy with an extra 9 or 10 people coming over for a party. Anywhere you rent will have to have a fire risk assessment and in that the number that the property accommodates - not just sleeps - will be specified.

a couple of extra people would probably be ok but if you are talking about triple the number it sleeps then you are going to struggle to find anyone that will do this I am afraid.

Your best bet will be to look for a house sleeping 10 and then to speak to the owner about what you are planning to do and see if you can negotiate a discount based on some bedrooms that wont be slept in.

have a look at groupaccommodation and bigholidayhouse websites for places this size and also use the search on airbnb where it says numbers sleeps/bedrooms and make sure to tick whole house.
