Hotel in Liverpool

Hi,

I am going to a wedding in Liverpool in June - I need to be close to Sefton Park area and South Ferry Quay.

I will be staying with dh and 3 year old and 10 month old, so will need two interconnecting rooms.

Can anyone suggest good hotels? Will the Crowne Plaza in Princes Dock be ok?

Sefton Park area is a few miles away from any decent hotels. Shouldn't cost much in a taxi though. Crowne Plaza should be fine.
