Hotel outside London then to Wembley?

So DS really wants to go to the Wembley cup match next month. It's the YouTube and football player thingy. It's his birthday this week so as an extra treat I have got us all tickets.
Me and DH don't fancy driving in central London.
We wouldn't be getting there til 9-10pm on the Friday night as we are in Devon. We would be coming home after the match on the Saturday.
Is there anyone who can recommend a hotel with decent parking that's not central so I don't have a flap about driving that's easily walkable or tube accessible? (I am also pretty thick when it comes to the tube though!)
I looked at the kingsland one in harrow but I don't know if that's still a nightmare to drive to or not.
I would massively appreciate any local knowledge!

HI, I'd look at the hotels right next to the stadium. Can't see this event being massive, so prices should be reasonable and traffic not too bad.

As you are arriving late Fri I would suggest keeping it easy.. stay at Wembley Park Premier Inn.. onsite payable parkingSmile.. easy walk to stadium.

How about the Crowne Plaza on Hangar Lane - that has a car park, there would be a charge for it though.

May I recommend somewhere to eat.
Many of spurs fans go here: Aroma lounge.
Curry and lots of other really tasty food. Not just curry. Really friendly. Fabulous food.

Dh and ds1 were there last night, pre Champions League Match.

We've stayed as far out at Borehamwood Travelodge for £30 and got the train in. You can get the tube fare included in the overground ticket and it's incredibly good value.

Thanks all. I have made note of the curry place! I have booked to stay by the stadium and reserved parking. Hopefully that makes it as easy as possible.
