Center Parcs activities - what's worth booking?

We're going to CP at half term. First time except for a day trip to the spa (for me) a few years back.

I've book a spa session (obviously)Smile but looking for advice on any other activities people would recommend. We will have a 7 year old and a 2 year old.

Happy to spend time in the pool but wondered what else would be worth trying - I'm guessing nothing else is free??

We're going to Sherwood.

Thanks

I went when DD1 was almost 4 and DD2 was 10 weeks. My one tip would be not to book too many things each day. We booked a couple of things on some days and ended up running round from one thing to the other. The best days were when we did an activity in the morning or afternoon and then spent the rest of the time in the pool or at the park. I can't remember exactly what we did but I know we did a teddy bears picnic which she enjoyed. Everything did have a charge and I did find it quite expensive!

Thanks! We're think of one per day, plus s day to explore etc - the activities do look expensive!

Rock climbing for the 7 year old - the climbing walls are great with self belay and lots of fun themed walls.
